The following laws were adopted in entirety:
“On Ratification of the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Kingdom of Norway on cooperation in the sphere of nuclear and radiation security, decommissioning of the Chornobyl nuclear power-plant and converting the Ukryttia object into environmentally safe system”
Ratification of the Agreement, concluded on 30 November 2012 in Oslo, will facilitate optimization of decommissioning process of Chornobyl NPP blocks; broaden sources of financing of the mentioned activity through involving international technical support; enable exchange of experience and knowledge in the sphere of decommissioning NPP power blocks.
The Agreement determines competent in its realization bodies, directions of cooperation, measures of facilitating effective realization and successful completion of the projects, coordination of activities in the frame of cooperation, status of cooperation received as a result of mutual activities, issue of intellectual property, amendments procedure to the Agreement and its enactment.
Adoption of the Agreement will optimize the process of decommissioning of the Chornobyl NPP power blocks according to the Law “On the National Programme of Chornobyl NPP decommissioning and converting the Ukryttia object into environmentally safe system,” broaden sources of financing of the mentioned activity through involving international technical support, enable exchange of experience and knowledge in the sphere of decommissioning NPP power blocks.

“On Ratification of the Readmission Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Russian Federation”
Adoption of the legislative act aims at ratification of the Agreement by enacting principles agreed by the Parties to the Agreement that determine the procedure of transfer and reception of persons that stay on the territories of the Parties to the Agreement and have violated the established entry, departure and stay regulations of foreign and stateless citizens. This will help:
fight illegal migration;
minimize negative consequences caused by illegal migration;
strengthen humanitarian component of national security;
increase efficiency of common fight against illegal migration by refining legal regulation of this activity;
save budget funds, etc.

“On Ratification of Agreement on Extradition between Ukraine and the United Arab Emirates”
The Agreement aims at establishing legal basis for applying joint actions regarding extradition of persons that avoid criminal liability by hiding on the territory of another Party to a Treaty.
Under article 1 of the Agreement, the Parties are obliged to extradite persons that are accused or convicted of crimes and are situated on their territories in order to bring them to criminal responsibility or for execution of punishment.

“On Ratification of the Credit Agreement (Dnipropetrovsk Metro Construction Completion Project between Ukraine and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development”
Under the Agreement, Ukraine is granted a credit in the amount of EUR 152 million to complete a metro (subway) line in the city of Dnipropetrovsk. Under the Credit Agreement, Ukraine is a fund borrower of the EBRD and shall transfer the involved funds to the operating company Dnipropetrovskiy Metropolitan to finance the Dnipropetrovsk Metro Construction Completion Project
